Oxana is passionate about teaching and believes in broadening students’ understanding and enjoyment of music as fine art. Since her first teaching experience in 1997 at the Nizhny Novgorod Music College (Russia), she enjoys teaching music to students of all levels and ages. Oxana has taught piano to music majors, non-majors, children, and adults in a private and group setting through various programs in Russia and the US, including UW-Madison School of Music and Department of Continuing Studies. She has a passion for excellence and a desire to be challenged to find new and innovative ways of performing and teaching. As a teacher, Oxana's main goal is to support the students’ personal development and foster a life-long love of music-making.
